The Majyk Danya guarantee: on-time delivery and price protection

Two promises buyers see on the offers of sellers who join: 10% credit when an order arrives late, and the difference when you lower your price within 14 days of an order. Both are optional and cost you nothing unless they happen.

The Majyk Danya guarantee for buyers is two programs on the Promotion programs page: On-time delivery guarantee and 14-day price protection. You join or leave them whenever you like. Buyers see a Guaranteed delivery or 14-day price protection badge on your offers. When a buyer is owed something, it reaches their wallet as store credit taken from your balance; Majyk Danya takes nothing from it.

On-time delivery guarantee

  • The promised date = the order date + the longest preparation time among the items in your part + the longest delivery time + one day of grace.
  • If delivery is recorded after that date, the buyer gets 10% of the value of your part of the order (items, delivery and gift wrapping) as store credit, once.
  • It comes off your balance when the delivery is recorded. Orders that arrive on time cost nothing.
  • The delivery time is the one recorded on the platform: from the courier's tracking, or when you press Delivered, cash collected.
  • Orders from the Majyk Danya warehouse aren't covered: your offers shipped by the warehouse don't show the Guaranteed delivery badge, and if the warehouse is late the buyer gets no credit, so nothing comes off your balance and Majyk Danya doesn't pay it either.

14-day price protection

  • If you lower the retail price of the same offer within 14 days of an order, by hand or through automatic pricing, the buyer automatically gets the difference on each unit as store credit, without having to ask.
  • It is paid once per order part, on the first lower price the system finds.
  • Retail prices only; wholesale lines and cancelled parts are not included.
  • The difference comes off your balance as soon as it is worked out.

Fair to both sides

  • Each order keeps the programs as they were when it was placed: leaving a program doesn't cancel the promise for existing orders, and joining doesn't apply to earlier ones.
  • What the buyer gets is store credit for their next orders, not cash.
  • These programs don't change first place on a product page, which stays on price with delivery and the seller's standing.
  • Majyk Danya neither pays these amounts for you nor takes anything from them.
