Order and shipping automation, and bulk actions

Act on many orders at once for free, or switch on rules that accept orders, book shipping, ask for reviews and warn you about stock by themselves with an automation plan.

There are two ways to save time with many orders: bulk actions on the orders page, free for every seller, which take one step on several orders with one click; and automation rules, a paid seller tool, which run by themselves every 5 minutes once you switch them on.

Bulk actions on the orders page (free)

  1. Open Orders, and pick a status at the top if you like, such as "Awaiting you".
  2. Tick the box beside each order, or Select all on this page to select every order shown (up to 100, newest first).
  3. Choose the action from the bar that appears under the list.
  4. Read what will happen: how many orders will be handled, and which stay as they are and why. Then confirm. Orders are sent a few at a time with the progress shown, and at the end you see what went through, what didn't, and why.
ActionWhat it doesWhat stays as it is
AcceptAccepts the orders waiting for you; each then shows its "Ship before" date.Orders not waiting to be accepted, and warehouse orders.
Book labelsYou choose the courier, and each order it can take gets a label at the order country's fixed label price, from your balance (on your own courier account the courier bills you directly). You see the total and your available balance before confirming. The courier suggested first takes the most selected orders, then costs least.Orders with a courier already booked, warehouse orders, dropshipped orders the supplier ships, shipped or cancelled orders, and countries where the courier isn't connected or has no fixed price.
Print labelsOpens one file with every label, one per page at its size (usually 100×150 mm), so you print them once. A label that couldn't be added is named by its order number on a last page, to open from the order's page.Orders without a label.
Print invoicesOpens a page with every tax invoice of the selected orders (and credit notes, if any), each on its own sheet. Print them or save as PDF.Orders not delivered yet: the invoice is issued at delivery.
Mark shippedFor orders you shipped outside the platform: type the carrier and tracking number of each, or one carrier for all. Paste a column of tracking numbers from a sheet into the first box and they fill down the orders in order. An order left without a tracking number doesn't change.Orders not accepted, orders with a booked courier (they become "Shipped" at the courier's pickup), and "direct from China" orders without an inspection photo.

Automation rules

Open Seller tools, then Order and shipping automation (or the Automation button on the orders page), switch on the rules you want and set them, then press Save rules. The rules run every 5 minutes while you have an automation plan, and you can switch any rule off at any time.

RuleWhat it doesDetails
Accept new orders automaticallyAccepts each new order paid online or by cash on delivery within minutes of its arrival.Option: Only if every item's stock still covers the ordered quantity, useful when your stock comes from a supplier or your own sheet; an order that fails it stays with you. Orders on 30-day terms always wait for you.
Book the shipping label when an order is acceptedBooks a label for each order you (or the rule above) accept with the courier you choose, or Cheapest on Majyk Danya's account for the order's country, at the fixed label price.Only orders accepted after you switch it on. With no fixed price, a short available balance, a missing pickup address or a booking the courier refused, the order stays with you with the reason. Never for dropshipped orders.
Request a review after deliverySends the buyer the same fixed review request as the Request a review button, the number of days after delivery you choose.5 to 30 days, once per order, and only orders delivered after you switch it on. Not sent if the buyer has rated or was asked already. See Buyer reviews.
Tell me when stock runs lowTells you when the stock of any offer on sale falls to your limit or below, once, until the stock is back above it.A limit of 0 means only when it runs out. An offer at 0 stops selling by itself and comes back when you add stock, so there's no need to pause it. Alerts don't count toward your plan's orders.

Plans and what counts

  • Plans: Free, Starter, Growth and Pro, sized by the orders each month includes. Your country's prices and what each plan includes are on Seller tools.
  • What counts: each order a rule acts on (accepting it, booking its label, asking for a review) counts once only, however many rules act on it, even in a later month.
  • What doesn't count: bulk actions, anything you do yourself, orders a rule left to you, and stock alerts.
  • The Free plan stops at its limit: the rules pause until your next month starts or until you move to a bigger plan, and orders reach you as usual for you to handle.
  • Paid plans: after the included orders, a small fee per extra order comes off your available balance. If your available balance can't cover it, the rules pause until it can.
  • When the rules pause, a clear notice shows on the automation page with a line in its history. If they paused because the plan's orders ran out or the balance is short, you also get a phone notification if you use the seller app.

Safety: what the automation never does

  • It acts only through the same steps you take, with the same rules: the deadlines, inspection photos, and warehouse orders it never touches.
  • It never cancels an order, and never marks one "Shipped" or "Delivered": the courier's scans do that as always, at pickup and delivery.
  • It never books a label without a fixed price or when your available balance can't cover it, and the label costs the same fixed price you see.
  • Switching on the label or review rule never reaches back to older orders, and every rule stops when you switch it off or your plan ends.
  • It writes everything it did under What happened; orders it left to you show under Waiting for you, and the orders page points you to them.
