Brand registry

Register your brand with its trademark certificate to protect its products: new products under its name are yours and the sellers you allow, with a brand page and A+ content. It's free.

Brand registry is free and made for brand owners. Once the Majyk Danya team checks your trademark certificate and your brand is Registered, you control who adds products under its name, and you get a brand page in the store and A+ content under its products.

What registration protects

  • New products: nobody but you and the sellers you allow can create a new product under your brand name; others are refused with a message that the brand is registered to its owner.
  • Offers on existing products (optional): with the lock on, a seller you haven't allowed can't add a new offer on the brand's products. The lock stops new offers; it doesn't remove offers that already exist.
  • Product details: only you edit the titles, features, description and pictures of your brand's products, even products another seller added before registration, with “Edit product details” in My products or in the brand's product list in My brands. See Editing a product's details.
  • Brand page: logo, cover and about text in Arabic and English, linked from the brand's product pages.
  • A+ content: rich picture sections under the product description. See A+ content.

What you need

  • The brand name exactly as it appears on the products.
  • The trademark registration number.
  • The country of registration.
  • The trademark certificate, as a PDF or a picture of up to 10 MB.

Register your brand

  1. Open My brands from the menu.
  2. Press Register a brand, fill in the fields and upload the certificate.
  3. Press Send for review. The status shows Being reviewed, then Registered or Refused with the team's note.

If the brand is registered, or under review, for another seller, you can't apply for it. If it really is yours, contact the Majyk Danya team through the help center.

Manage your brand once registered

  1. Under Brand page, write the about text in Arabic and English, and upload the Logo and Cover picture.
  2. If you need it, switch on Lock selling the brand's products to me and the sellers I allow.
  3. Under Sellers allowed, enter the seller's store address (the end of their page's link) and press Allow. To withdraw permission, press Remove.
  4. Press Save.

Text and pictures on the brand page go through the same contact-details check as messages, so leave out numbers and links.
