Buy together: group buys
You set a lower price for a product if enough units are reached together within a time you choose. Each buyer reserves a quantity; if the group fills, each gets an order at the group price, and if not, it's cancelled and nobody pays.
Buy together lets you sell more units at a lower price to everyday buyers. On a retail offer you set a group price, the number of items buyers must reach together, and a duration. Buyers see the price, the saving and the items still needed, and send the link to friends to fill the group.
How it works
- A group starts when the first buyer joins and runs for the duration you chose.
- Each buyer reserves a quantity at the group price, and those units are held from your stock as soon as they join.
- When the quantities reach the target, each buyer gets a separate, normal order at the group price. Those paying online have 24 hours to pay; cash on delivery needs nothing more.
- If time runs out before the target, the group is cancelled, nobody pays anything, and the units go back to your stock.
- A buyer can leave before the group fills; their units go back to your stock.
Turn on a group buy for an offer
- Open My products, then Offer tools on the offer you want, then Group buy.
- Press Turn on.
- Fill in the fields following the rules in the table below, and choose the Duration.
- Press Save. To change it press Change; to stop it, Turn off.

Changes apply to the next group, never to one that is running. Group buys are only for offers with a retail price.
After a group fills
- The orders appear in Orders like any other: accept them within 48 hours, ship them on time, and they count toward your account health.
- Everything that applies to any order applies here too: commission on delivery, the programs you joined, and the right to return.
- My products shows the current group and how many groups have filled.
