How an order works, from checkout to delivery
What happens from the moment a buyer checks out until the parcel arrives: which orders reach you, the statuses in the seller center, and how a cart with several sellers is split.

When a buyer checks out, the system creates an order with a number that starts with O- (for example O-7K2M-Q9TX). On the Orders page you see only your part of it: your items, the delivery address and your amount. From then on every step is taken by you, the courier or the system; Majyk Danya's team does not step into your orders.
Which orders reach you
An order shows in your list only once it is ready to prepare:
- Cash on delivery: it reaches you at once.
- Online payment: it reaches you once the payment gateway confirms the money. The buyer has 30 minutes to pay; otherwise the order is cancelled and never reaches you.
- Paid in full from store credit: it reaches you at once, as paid.
- Bank transfer (business buyers): it reaches you once Majyk Danya confirms the transfer arrived. The order expires if the transfer doesn't arrive within 3 days.
- 30-day terms (business buyers): it reaches you at once, and nothing is collected on delivery.
- A gift sent to a phone number: it reaches you after the recipient enters their address.
One cart, several sellers
A buyer can buy from several sellers in one checkout. The system splits the order into parts, one per seller, and each part has its own status, deadlines and shipment. Your items shipped by the Majyk Danya warehouse form a separate part that the warehouse prepares.
- You never see the other sellers' items or prices.
- Cancelling one part doesn't cancel the others.
- Delivery is charged once per product line, whatever the quantity, as set on your offer.
- The amount you see is your part's total: items and delivery, plus gift wrapping when ordered.
Order statuses

At the top of Orders you see how many orders are in each status and your "Next deadline", and you can filter the list by status. You get a notification for every new order.
The order page and its steps
Open any order to see the "Next step" and its deadline, the items with each one's MDIN and SKU, the payment method and the buyer's delivery details. The "Order steps" section records every step with its time and who took it: the customer, the seller, the system or the courier.
When does an order become money?
When an order is delivered, the system records your sale and Majyk Danya's commission on your balance. Money that Majyk Danya collects (online payments, and cash on delivery through a courier on the platform's account) becomes available to withdraw 14 days after delivery, or when the return window in the buyer's country ends if that is later.
