Compliance documents
Some products need a registration number or certificate in the country of sale before they show. Which ones, how to provide them, and what happens to the offer while it waits.
Some products may only be sold in a country with an official body's approval: a type-approved telecom device, a registered cosmetic, a conformity certificate. So the offer stays out of the store until you provide what's needed. Papers are required per seller, per product and per country: even when you join an existing product, you provide your own.

Requirements add up: a product needs its own category's requirements and those of the categories above it. The exact list for each offer shows in its tool, so go by that.
How to provide them
- Open My products. An offer waiting for papers shows “Waiting for compliance papers”, and its “Offer tools” open by themselves.
- In “Compliance papers”, press “Open” to see “Compliance papers for this country” with each item's status.
- For a number: type it exactly as on the certificate or registration and press “Save”.
- For a file: press “Upload file” and choose a PDF or a picture (JPEG, PNG or WEBP) up to 10 MB.
- Not sure where to get it? Press “Where do I get it?” to open the authority's website.
Item statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| “Missing” | You haven't provided this item yet. |
| “Being checked” | You uploaded a file and it's waiting for our team. |
| “Accepted” | The number has the right format, or our team accepted the file. |
| “Refused” | Read the team's note under the item and provide it again. |
While you wait
- The product may show as published because it passed the listing rules, but the offer doesn't appear in the store in that country until every required item is accepted, whatever you do.
- A number in the right format is accepted at once; a file waits for our team.
- When the last item is accepted, the offer is published automatically, with no step on your part.
- Documents are stored encrypted and only the review team sees them.
- Each country has its own papers: your UAE offer and your Saudi offer each need their own.
