Fulfilled by Majyk Danya
Store your stock in the Majyk Danya warehouse and we pack and ship your orders. The steps: switching an offer, inbound shipments, orders, fees and taking stock back.

With the warehouse service you send your stock once to the Majyk Danya warehouse; the warehouse team then accepts your orders, packs them and books the courier. Buyers see "Stored and delivered by Majyk Danya" on your offer, and offers shipped from the warehouse get a small edge in the race for first place.
1. Switch an offer to the warehouse
- Open the Majyk Danya warehouse page, section "Your offers".
- Press "Fulfil from the warehouse" next to the offer and confirm.
- The offer stops selling (its stock becomes zero) until its stock reaches the warehouse.
2. Send an inbound shipment
- Press "New inbound shipment", choose the "Warehouse" and enter a quantity for each switched offer.
- Press "Create shipment". You get a number that starts with IN- and the status "Draft, not sent".
- Send the boxes to the address shown under the shipment, and write the shipment number on every box.
- Press "Mark as sent" (carrier and tracking are optional). The status becomes "On its way".
- The warehouse team counts what arrived and what was damaged, and the status becomes "Received". The good units (received minus damaged) are added to the offer's stock and go on sale.
3. Orders
Orders for switched offers show in Orders with the note "This order is packed and shipped from the Majyk Danya warehouse." You press nothing: the warehouse accepts, packs and books the courier on Majyk Danya's account. If a buyer orders warehouse items and items you ship yourself, each becomes a separate part of the order.

The pick-and-pack and storage amounts for each country are shown in the "Fees" card on the Majyk Danya warehouse page, and the label prices in Shipping settings. Cash on delivery on warehouse orders is collected by the courier for Majyk Danya, and the sale is credited to your balance like an online payment, less commission.
Taking stock back, or shipping yourself again
- Next to the offer, enter a quantity and press "Take units back". The units leave your sellable stock at once.
- Follow the status under "Units coming back to you": "Being set aside", then "Ready to collect".
- You or your courier collect them from the warehouse, and the status becomes "Collected".
- Once the offer has no units left in the warehouse, you can press "Ship it myself" and set your stock again in My products.
