  2. Under “A copy of your data”, press “Download my data”. You get a JSON file that any text editor or spreadsheet tool can read.

  • Keep the file somewhere safe: it holds your company details and money movements.

Cookies

  • The Seller Center uses only what it needs: your sign-in session and your language choice.
  • We use no advertising cookies and no tracking from other sites.
  • On the store, buyers also get cart, language and country cookies, and a 7-day “share and earn” cookie that records who shared the link.
  • In the EU and EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask visitors' consent before the “share and earn” cookie. Necessary cookies need no consent because the site can't work without them.

Closing your account and your data

  1. In “Account”, under “Close my seller account”, type your email and press “Close my account”.
  2. Your offers stop selling at once.
  3. Our team finishes the closing once your orders and returns are done and your balance is withdrawn.
  4. Invoices and money records are kept as long as the law requires.
