You accepted the seller agreement when you signed up, by ticking “I have read and accept the selling terms and commissions”. This article explains it simply but doesn't replace it: if anything here differs from the full text, the full text applies.

The parties

The agreement is between you (the seller) and MAJYK DANYA FOR ONLINE SELLING, GBH Building, Al Rasheed Road, Al Baraha, Deira, Dubai.

Money

  • Majyk Danya collects order payments through payment providers and credits your share to your balance after delivery and once the return period ends, less commission.
  • You withdraw your available balance to your bank account (IBAN) whenever you like.
  • Paid programs (ads, company page, warehouse, live selling, shipping labels) are optional and come off your balance at the prices shown in the Seller Center.

Orders

  • Accept orders within 48 hours and ship by the date you promised, or the order is cancelled or the buyer may cancel it.
  • Late shipments and cancellations by you count against your account health and can lead to suspension after a 3-day warning.

Products

  • Sell only what is allowed in the country of sale, described truthfully with real photos, with the documents restricted categories require.
  • Prohibited products are refused; doubtful ones are reviewed by staff.

Contact

All contact with buyers stays on the platform. Trying to share contact details pauses your messaging and is reported to staff.

Data

Use buyers' details (name, address, phone) only to deliver their orders, and don't keep them after the order and its return period are over.

Ending

  • You can close your account at any time once your open orders are done.
  • Majyk Danya may suspend an account that breaks the agreement.

What the platform promises buyers

The terms of use buyers accept touch your work directly:

  • If an order isn't accepted within 48 hours it is cancelled by itself and refunded, and if shipping is late the buyer may cancel.
  • The buyer can return within the return period set for their country from delivery, except items that can't be returned by nature (marked on the product).
  • If you were at fault (damaged, wrong, not as described), the buyer gets everything back including delivery.
  • Only buyers who received an item can review it, and paid or false reviews are removed.
