Majyk Danya is a marketplace open to the world. The platform opens countries one by one, each with settings Majyk Danya sets. You choose where you sell and make a separate offer for each country.

What changes from country to country?

SettingWhat it means for you
CurrencyYou price your offer in the country's currency, and the money reaches your balance in that currency.
VATYour price always includes VAT, at the country's rate.
Return periodBuyers may return within their country's period from delivery, and your money isn't released before it ends.
Cash on deliveryOnly where the country has it on, and up to the limit Majyk Danya sets for the country (5,000 in its currency unless set otherwise).
Payment methodsBuyers pay with the methods open in their country.
Seller documentsThe documents you upload at sign-up depend on your company's country of registration.

The store shows products in Arabic and English, so a product title is required in both.

How to sell in a country

  1. At sign-up you answer “Where do you want to sell?”. Your account sells in those countries only.
  2. When adding a product, in the step “Your offer in each country”, choose the country and enter the price in its currency, the delivery price, stock, and handling and delivery days.
  3. Repeat for each country. Each offer stands alone: its own price, stock and race for first place.

Wholesale and export to the world

  • Companies from any country can sign up as business buyers, and our team checks their commercial registration before they see wholesale prices.
  • On a wholesale offer, turn on “Available for export to wholesale buyers in other countries” and list the countries, or leave it empty for all.
  • The business buyer sees an “export calculator” on the product page: an estimate of international shipping, duty and import VAT to their door, from their country's general rates.
  • The buyer asks for a quote with the quantity and destination, and it reaches you in “Messages” as “Export” or “Quote”. Settle the deal there, on the platform.

Customs and export: general points

  • Prepare a commercial invoice and a packing list showing quantities, weights and the goods' value, and a certificate of origin when asked.
  • Make sure the product may be imported into the destination country and has the certificates required there.
  • Customs duty usually depends on the product's HS code and value, and small shipments under a threshold may be exempt.
  • Many countries charge import VAT on arrival.
  • Agree clearly in “Messages” on who pays shipping, customs duty and import VAT.

Tax in more than one country

Selling to buyers in another country can create tax duties there, such as VAT registration. On Majyk Danya a tax invoice is issued in your name for each delivered part of an order, and Saudi invoices carry a QR code as ZATCA requires. Check your situation with a tax advisor before opening offers in a new country.
