Dropshipping: sell without stock

Connect your account at AliExpress, Alibaba.com or CJ Dropshipping and import their products with your margin. Price and stock update by themselves, and orders go to the supplier when you accept them.

The dropshipping add-on lets you sell suppliers' products without keeping stock. It works only through each supplier's official connection, with your own account there: you buy from the supplier, and Majyk Danya never spends your money without you. You remain the seller responsible for the order to the buyer.

Get started

  1. Open Dropshipping from the menu. Under The plan, press Start the free trial the first time, or Start a month after that. The trial length and monthly price are shown on the page, and the plan renews from your balance.
  2. Under Your supplier accounts, connect: for AliExpress and Alibaba.com press Sign in with … and allow and finish signing in on the supplier's own site; for CJ, paste your key from your account (Authorization → API) and press Connect.
  3. With CJ you can switch on Pay each order from my CJ balance automatically: each order is paid from your balance there as soon as it is sent, and ships sooner.

A supplier can only be connected once Majyk Danya has switched it on; until then you see Staff haven't switched this supplier on yet.

Import a product

  1. Press Import a product and choose the Supplier and the Market.
  2. Paste the product link or type search words, set Your margin %, then press Find.
  3. Check the cost, the shipping time and Your store price (delivery included).
  4. Check the English title, add the Arabic title (optional), choose the Category and Most units to sell, write at least 3 key features and a description of 30+ characters, and the package size in millimetres.
  5. Press Import as my listing.
  • Price = (supplier price + its shipping) at Majyk Danya's exchange rate + your margin, rounded up. Delivery is included, so the offer shows free delivery.
  • Preparation is set to 3 days and delivery to the supplier's longest shipping time + 2 days, and the offer shows it ships from China.
  • The product goes through the same listing rules. Supplier products have no barcode, so they are reviewed before publishing: Added; waiting for review.
  • Up to 6 pictures are imported, and the main one is cropped around the product.

Price and stock updates

Every 6 hours the product is read from the supplier: your stock follows the supplier's (and drops to zero if the product is gone), and the price follows the cost if Price follows cost is on.

Orders

  • You accept each order yourself within 48 hours, like any order. When you accept it, and Send orders to the supplier when I accept them is on, it goes to the supplier with the buyer's name, phone and delivery address.
  • The order reaches the supplier unpaid, and you pay it in your account there, unless you switched on automatic payment with CJ.
  • The supplier's tracking is read every 2 hours: once a tracking number appears, the order is marked shipped with it, and delivered when it is delivered.
  • Statuses: Sent to the supplier, Shipped, Delivered, Failed. Orders needing you counts orders that failed or wait for your payment; fix them (for example, top up your supplier account) and try again.
