Live selling

In a live show you present your products on video; buyers watch in the store, ask questions in the chat and add the product you're showing to their cart without leaving the page. It's optional, and its cost comes off your balance by the length of the show.

Before you start

• Live selling isn't open in every country. If it isn't, you see Live selling isn't open in your country yet.
• You need a streaming app: OBS on a computer, or an app such as Larix on a phone.
• Your available balance must cover at least one hour of streaming to start.

Schedule a show

1. 1Open Live selling from the menu, then Schedule a show.
2. 2Enter the Show title. Everyone sees it, so no contact details in it.
3. 3Choose When, within the next two months.
4. 4Choose Products you'll show from your live offers (up to 50).
5. 5Press Schedule. Your show appears in the store under Coming up, and buyers can press Remind me.

Go live

1. 1Under Your shows, press Show streaming address and key.
2. 2Copy the Server address and Stream key into your streaming app and start sending from it.
3. 3Wait for Video is arriving ✓, then press Go live to buyers. Everyone who asked to be reminded is notified.
4. 4During the show, press Show now on the product you're talking about; it is pinned for viewers with an add-to-cart button.
5. 5At the end, press End the show.

What it costs

• The hourly price is shown on the Live selling page and charged by the minute (a started minute counts as a full one).
• The cost comes off your balance when the show ends, and appears next to each show under Your shows.
• A show ends by itself after 4 hours.
• A scheduled show not started within 2 hours of its time is cancelled at no cost.

Rules for what you say and show

• No contact details: no phone numbers, emails, links, messaging-app names or QR codes, whether spoken, on screen, in the title or in the chat. A chat message with contact details is held back, the sender's chat is paused, and the Majyk Danya team is alerted.
• Sell on the platform only: never invite viewers to buy or pay outside it.
• Honesty: show the product you actually sell, as described on its page, with no medical claims or promises you can't prove.
• No fake urgency: no fake countdowns, no untrue "only 2 left", no "was" price you never sold at. Discounts follow the law of the country of sale.
• Respect buyers: viewers appear by first name only; never ask for their personal details.
• Each person can send one message every two seconds, so the chat stays readable.
• The Majyk Danya team can watch any show and end it if it breaks the rules.
