Buyers ask for products they couldn't find, with a photo or a description. Offer them one of your products, or a wholesale quote for businesses, from the "Buyer requests" page.

When a buyer can't find what they want, they post a request, with a photo if they like, the quantity and the highest price per item including delivery. Every seller selling in their country sees it, and other buyers can press "Me too" to show more people want it.

What you see

  • Open requests in the countries you sell in, on the Buyer requests page. Requests whose photos look like your products come first, marked "Looks like your product".
  • The title, details, photo, quantity, budget and how many people want it. The buyer's name and details are never shown.
  • A "Wholesale request" tag when the request comes from a verified business buyer.
  • A request stays open for 30 days, unless its buyer closes it after finding what they wanted.

How to answer

  1. Open the request from Buyer requests.
  2. Under "Pick one of your products", choose a product you have on sale, with stock, in the request's country. If it isn't listed yet, add it first, then come back to answer.
  3. On a "Wholesale request" you can add a "Wholesale price per item (business buyers)" and a "Minimum quantity", or send the wholesale quote alone without a product.
  4. Add a short "A word for the buyer (optional)", up to 500 characters.
  5. Press "Send answer". You can change it later with "Update answer" while the request is open; each seller has one answer per request.

What happens after you answer

  • The buyer sees your store name linked to your store page, the product you proposed at your current price including delivery, your wholesale quote and your note.
  • The buyer orders from the product page like any order, and it reaches you in Orders. A business buyer can also message you from the product page.
  • A wholesale quote is a proposed price, not an order. Make sure the wholesale settings on your offer match the price and quantity you quoted.
  • If you pause the product or it runs out of stock, the buyer sees "Not on sale right now".
