Also not allowed, whatever the category

  • Counterfeits, or products described with words that suggest a copy (replica, master copy, «طبق الأصل»…): refused automatically. See Intellectual property.
  • Anything banned in the country of sale, even if it's not on this list: the seller agreement says you sell only what's allowed in the country of sale.
  • New products under a brand registered to another seller, without their authorization. See Brand registry.

What happens if you break the rules

  • A product in a prohibited category is refused at once and never published.
  • Putting a prohibited product in the wrong category, or hiding what it is, to get around the check breaks the seller agreement, and Majyk Danya may suspend an account that does so.
  • Selling banned goods may break the law of the country of sale, and you are responsible for it.

The list can change

The list is data our team updates, a category's rule can differ by country, and laws change. If you're unsure about a product, check the current rules with the competent authority in the country of sale (such as the UAE Ministry of Economy or the Saudi Ministry of Commerce) or an advisor. This page isn't legal advice.
