Staying safe from fraud and phishing
How to spot phishing, fake payment notices and suspicious buyers, protect your account and report it to us.

Fraudsters target sellers because a seller account holds money, orders and buyers' details. The golden rule: Majyk Danya never asks for your password, your two-step codes or your backup codes, not by phone, not on WhatsApp and not by email.
The only real address
- The Seller Center lives only at seller.majykdanya.com; the store for buyers is at shop.majykdanya.com.
- Before typing your password, check the browser shows exactly seller.majykdanya.com over a secure (https) connection.
- Don't open the Seller Center from a link in a message. Type the address yourself or use the seller app.
- Look-alike addresses (a letter added or missing, or a different domain) are fake.
Signs of phishing
- It asks for your password or a code, or to “confirm your account” through a link.
- It threatens to close your account or freeze your balance within hours unless you act.
- It asks you to transfer money “to release your balance” or “to reopen your account”.
- It asks you to change your bank account, or claims your money went to another account.
- It comes from a personal number, a free email address or a social media account.
Fake payment notices
- The only source of truth about payment is the order page: “Paid”, “Cash on delivery” with the “Amount the courier collects”, or “30-day terms” for companies.
- Orders waiting for online payment don't show to you until the payment is complete. So never ship anything because of a receipt picture or an “I've paid” message.
- Your money arrives only in “Balance and payouts”, and goes from there to the bank account (IBAN) you registered.
- Anything you pay the platform is paid inside the Seller Center. We never ask you to transfer money to release a balance or open an account.
Suspicious buyers
- A buyer who asks for your number or offers to pay by transfer or off the platform. Read Deals outside the platform.
- A buyer who asks you to ship to an address other than the one on the order. Always ship to the order page's address only.
- A buyer who sends links and asks you to open them or sign in through them.
- A buyer who returns a different item from the one you sent. Photograph the item and parcel before shipping so you can prove what you sent.
Protect your account
- Use a long password (12 characters or more) that you use for Majyk Danya only.
- Keep your backup codes somewhere safe, away from your phone. Each one works once.
- Don't share your sign-in with anyone.
- If you think someone knows your password, change it at once from “Account”. Changing it signs you out on every other device.
- After a bank account change, withdrawals wait 48 hours to protect you. If you see a change you didn't make, tell us at once.
How to report it
Use “Contact us” at the bottom of the help center and send the order number if there is one, a screenshot of the message, and the number or link it came from. Never send your password or any code, not even to us.
