Selling wholesale
The wholesale unit price, minimum order quantity, price tiers, availability for export, and why only verified business buyers see your wholesale prices.

Each offer can sell retail, wholesale or both. Wholesale opens your offer to shops and companies that buy in quantity, in your country and from other countries if you switch on export.
Setting up wholesale
- In “Your offer in each country” on Add a product, tick “Wholesale” under “How you sell”, alone or with “Retail”.
- Enter the “Wholesale unit price (VAT included)”.
- Enter the “Wholesale minimum quantity”: 2 or more.
- Optionally add up to 3 tiers under “Cheaper prices for bigger quantities”, each with “From quantity” and “Unit price”.
- Optionally switch on “Available for export to wholesale buyers in other countries”.
The rules

| Minimum quantity | From 2 to 100,000 units. |
| Tiers | Each tier needs a bigger quantity and a lower price than the one before. The first tier needs a quantity above the wholesale minimum and a price below the wholesale price. |
| Wholesale-only offer | Stock must be at least the wholesale minimum. |
| A price far from the market | A wholesale price below 30% of other wholesale sellers' median for the same product, or more than 3 times it, is held for review. |
Who sees wholesale prices
Wholesale prices and wholesale-only offers are seen only by verified business buyers: buyers who registered as a business, uploaded their commercial registration and ID, and were approved by our team. Retail buyers see only the retail price, and never see a wholesale-only offer. See Business buyers.
How the cart prices it
- A verified business buyer pays the wholesale price once their quantity reaches the minimum, at the best tier their quantity reaches.
- Below the minimum they pay the retail price if you sell retail; a wholesale-only offer can't be bought below its minimum.
- The delivery price is charged once per order line whatever the quantity, so set it with large orders in mind.

Export
If you switch on “Available for export to wholesale buyers in other countries”, enter the country codes you export to, such as NG, KE, EG, or leave it empty for all countries. Business buyers then see an export calculator on the product page that estimates international shipping, customs duty and import VAT to their warehouse door. These are estimates from each country's general rates; actual duty is set by customs according to the product's classification.
Quote requests
Verified business buyers can message you from the product page to ask for a quote, a special quantity or export, and their message reaches you in Messages. All messages stay on the platform, and any phone number, email or link is blocked. Read Messaging buyers.
