Majyk Danya is an online marketplace that brings independent sellers together in one store. You list your products and run your orders and shipping; Majyk Danya brings the buyers, collects the payments and holds them until they become your balance. This article walks through the whole journey in short; every step has its own detailed article.

A store for buyers, a separate center for sellers

Buyers shop at shop.majykdanya.com, and you work from the seller center at seller.majykdanya.com. They are two separate sites and services: buyers never reach the seller center, and neither site accepts the other's requests. Your seller account belongs to the seller center; it is not a shopping account.

Your journey, step by step

  1. Register: your business and contact person, then turn on two-step sign-in. See Registering as a seller.
  2. Upload your documents: your country of registration sets the list, and our team reviews them before activating your account. See Required documents.
  3. Set up your account: bank account (IBAN), pickup address, return address and your page's logo. The “Your account setup” card on your Home page tracks what is left.
  4. List your products: one by one, or many at once from an Excel file. See Adding a product.
  5. Accept and ship orders: accept within 48 hours, then ship by the date you promised.
  6. Get paid: each delivered order becomes your balance after the holding period, and you withdraw it to your bank account whenever you like.

How a product goes live

Every product on Majyk Danya has one unified product number. If the product already exists with the same barcode, your offer joins it next to other sellers' offers; if it is new, it gets its own number. The listing rules check every new product at once, with one of three results:

  • Published at once when the rules find nothing wrong, with no one to wait for.
  • Refused with the exact fixes needed, so you correct it and send it again.
  • Held for review when in doubt, such as a possible duplicate or a price far from the others, and our team checks it.

When several sellers offer the same product, first place on the product page goes to the lowest price including delivery, weighed with the seller's rating and delivery speed. See Offers and first place and Listing rules.

Orders

Buyers pay with the methods open in their country, including cash on delivery where offered. You see an order only once it is paid, cash on delivery, or a business purchase on 30-day terms if you switched that program on. Then:

  • You have 48 hours to accept the order, or it is cancelled automatically and counts against you as no response.
  • You ship it and enter the tracking number, book a connected courier from the order page, or let the Majyk Danya warehouse ship it if your stock is stored there.
  • If shipping is later than the date you promised, the buyer may cancel.
  • Majyk Danya staff never run your orders for you; the system applies the same rules to everyone, and late shipments or cancellations by you affect your account health.

Money: held, then yours

The buyer paysMajyk Danya collects the amount through licensed payment providers. Card numbers never reach us or you.
The order is deliveredThe hold starts: 14 days from delivery, and never released before the return period in the buyer's country ends.
ReleaseThe amount moves to “Available to withdraw”, minus commission.
WithdrawalYou withdraw to your bank account (IBAN) whenever you like, and we transfer within two working days.

What makes Majyk Danya different

  • Buy together: you set a group price on a product, buyers join until the number of units is reached, and each of them gets an order at that price. See Group buys.
  • Request any product: buyers post what they are looking for with a photo or a description, and you answer with your offer. See Product requests.
  • Live selling: you show your products in a live stream, and viewers add them to the cart from the show's page. See Live selling.
  • Wholesale for business buyers: a wholesale price, a minimum quantity and cheaper tiers for bigger quantities, shown only to verified business buyers. See Wholesale.
  • A store open to the world: the store serves buyers in many countries in each country's currency, and you choose where to sell when you register. See Selling across countries.
